Summary

Plain computed tomography (CT) can effectively distinguish neoplastic polyps (NPs) from non-neoplastic polyps (non-NPs) in large pedunculated gallbladder polyps (PGPs). This imaging technique shows a higher detection rate and significant differences in CT values for NPs, aiding in pre-surgical differentiation.
