Quantum dot fluorescent microsphere-based immunochromatographic strip for detecting PRRSV antibodies

A new quantum dot fluorescent microsphere immunochromatography strip (QDFM ICS) provides rapid, sensitive, and specific detection of Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) antibodies. This novel diagnostic tool offers comparable performance to ELISA kits, aiding on-site PRRSV screening.
