In the postoperative setting, attentive wound care, adjuvant therapies, and close follow-up for consideration of additional procedures enhance outcomes. By anticipating potential complications across perioperative settings, surgeons can prevent common complications in nasal reconstruction and more effectively manage those complications that arise.
