Translating and Validating PRISMA-7 Questionnaire in Urdu: A Screening Tool to Identify Frail Individuals

The Urdu translation of the PRISMA-7 questionnaire is not a reliable tool for identifying frailty in older adults in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Further validation is needed for this frail elderly screening tool.
