Relationship Between National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) Rank Order and Otolaryngology Residency Performance

National Residency Matching Program (NRMP) rank order did not correlate with resident performance in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery (OHNS). This study found no significant link between NRMP rank and faculty evaluations, publications, or exam scores.
