Cytokine Storm Syndrome Responsive to IL-1 Inhibition in Trisomy 21

Cytokine storm syndromes (CSS) can occur in individuals with Trisomy 21 (TS21), even without clear triggers. IL-1 inhibition shows promise for treating CSS in TS21 patients.
