When the great saphenous vein (GSV) is unavailable for infrainguinal bypass in patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia, alternative conduits like other autologous veins, prosthetic grafts, or cryopreserved grafts are essential. These options ensure revascularization is possible despite GSV absence.
