Total intravenous anesthesia with propofol (TIVA-P) significantly reduced recovery time for shoulder arthroscopy compared to inhaled general anesthesia (IGA). Patients receiving TIVA-P experienced shorter post-anesthesia care unit times and quicker discharge, with no impact on pain or satisfaction.
