Legislative Health Notes: Preliminary Learnings From Piloting a New Policy Analysis Tool

Legislative health notes, a tool to assess bill impacts, were found to be nonpartisan and understandable. Early delivery and a focus on health equity can enhance their effectiveness in policy-making.
