Summary

The Fibrosis-4 (FIB-4) score does not appear to be a reliable prognostic factor for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) progression or outcomes. This study found no association between FIB-4 scores and disease activity, joint damage, or cardiovascular events in RA patients over 10 years.
