Purpose of the Study:

Conclusions:
- An elevated baseline TG/HDL-c ratio (≥4.11) is significantly associated with increased 1-year all-cause mortality in TBAD patients undergoing TEVAR.
- Conversely, a low TG/HDL-c ratio (<1.44) also independently predicts higher 1-year all-cause mortality in this patient group.
- Clinicians should consider both high and low TG/HDL-c ratios as important prognostic factors in TBAD patients treated with TEVAR.
