Carcinoid Heart Disease With Hypoxemia

Patent foramen ovale (PFO) complicated with carcinoid heart disease (CHD) can cause severe hypoxia. Successful percutaneous closure of PFO in a patient with CHD and severe valve regurgitations improved the clinical condition.
