Purpose of the Study:

  • Sleep hygiene education is an effective intervention for improving sleep quality in pregnant women, particularly as pregnancy advances.
  • The findings support the integration of sleep-related screenings and education into routine antenatal care protocols.
  • Addressing sleep disturbances through targeted education can enhance overall maternal well-being during pregnancy.
