Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) antagonism reduced myeloid cells and modulated T cells in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). CSF1R inhibition altered immune cell infiltration and demyelination patterns in the central nervous system (CNS).
