Summary

Malignant uterus perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are rare. This study analyzes 55 cases, detailing epidemiology, clinical features, and treatment, alongside a rare case report of uterine PEComa possibly with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis.
