Summary

Ultrasonography-based 2D-attenuation imaging (ATI) provides a reliable, noninvasive method for assessing steatosis. A new ATI-based grading system (aS0-aS3) was developed and validated, proving valuable for evaluating patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
