Post-Traumatic Intracranial Pseudoaneurysm Presenting as Epistaxis

Intracranial pseudoaneurysms can cause severe epistaxis (nosebleeds). A rare case involved a young woman with a history of head trauma who presented with a pseudoaneurysm successfully treated with embolization.
