Summary

Immune-related adverse reactions (irAEs) in advanced gastric cancer patients treated with PD-1 inhibitors are linked to longer progression-free survival (PFS). A combination of regulatory T cell (Treg) count, Ki-67 index, and age (≥65 years) can predict irAEs.
