  • A modified Delphi process involving 59 experts in pediatric SBME was conducted.
  • Content items were derived from the American Board of Pediatrics certifying exam and pediatric entrustable professional activities (EPAs).
  • A four-point Likert scale was used to rate item importance, with consensus defined as ≥70% agreement.

Main Results:

  • A total of 112 curricular content items were identified as important for pediatric residency SBME.
  • Seventeen specific procedures were included in the core content list.
  • Nine EPAs had at least one content item deemed suitable for SBME.

Conclusions:
