Robot-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy is a safe and effective procedure for thymic epithelial tumors, demonstrating excellent oncological outcomes and a low complication rate in a large multicenter study. This robotic approach offers a technically sound option for patients with these rare thoracic neoplasms.
