Chromatic vision and structural assessment in primary congenital glaucoma

Color vision deficits are present in some children with primary congenital glaucoma. However, color vision performance did not correlate with retinal fiber layer thickness in this study.

- The Farnsworth D-15 test may offer insights into visual function in pediatric PCG.
- Current findings suggest color vision deficits in PCG may not directly correlate with RNFL thinning.
- Further research is warranted to explore the link between color vision abnormalities and structural retinal damage in pediatric glaucoma.
