Acute Effects of Post-activation Performance Enhancement Exercises on Army Combat Fitness Test Performance in Male

This study found that task-specific, post-activation performance enhancement (PAPE) strategies did not improve Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) scores. However, participants showed a practice effect when completing the ACFT twice, indicating improved performance over time.
