Circulating cytokines levels and osteoarthritis: A Mendelian randomization study

This study suggests circulating vascular endothelial growth factor, interleukin-12p70, and IL-18 may causally influence osteoarthritis (OA) development. These findings offer new insights into the complex etiology of OA.
