Summary

The neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) on day 1 of etoposide/ifosfamide chemotherapy (NLR-W4) can predict survival outcomes in osteosarcoma (OST) patients. An increased NLR-W4 indicates a higher risk of death, suggesting its potential as an early prognostic biomarker.
