Fourteen studies were included, primarily analyzing ChatGPT's data output and decision-making capabilities.
Most studies reported high accuracy for AI in data processing and decision-making, though errors were noted.

AI and ChatGPT offer insights into applications and impact within abdominopelvic surgery.
