Haptic curing with endolaser after lens tilt in the Yamane technique

Intraocular lens (IOL) tilt after Yamane fixation can be corrected using an 810-nm endoscopic diode laser. This novel technique reshapes the optic-haptic junction, avoiding IOL exchange.
