Impact of Polyvascular Disease in Patients Undergoing Unprotected Left Main Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

- Patients with PolyVD undergoing LM-PCI represent a vulnerable population requiring careful management.
- Further research into optimizing treatment strategies for this high-risk group is warranted.
