Summary

Serum carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) and 8F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography standardized uptake value percentage change (SUVmax%) are key indicators for pancreatic cancer resectability. Elevated levels of both biomarkers predict worse outcomes, highlighting their role in treatment decisions.
