Is there a spinal tap responder in progressive supranuclear palsy? The first prospective study

Some patients with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) respond to spinal taps, similar to idiopathic normal pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH). This suggests impaired cerebrospinal fluid circulation may contribute to PSP symptoms, with a placebo effect also noted.
