Spray drying Eudragit® E-PO with acetaminophen using 2- and 3-fluid nozzles for taste masking

Spray drying acetaminophen with Eudragit® E-PO using 3-fluid nozzles did not effectively mask taste. Alternative polymers like Eudragit® L 100-55 improved yields and drug release profiles for taste masking.
