Apixaban and clopidogrel in a fixed-dose combination: Formulation and in vitro evaluation

This study developed a fixed-dose combination tablet containing Apixaban and Clopidogrel for preventing blood clots. The optimized formulation provides 24-hour extended release of Apixaban and immediate release of Clopidogrel.
