Purpose of the Study:

To re-examine the contributions of Enterprise Digital Transformation (EDT) to climate change mitigation.
To investigate the changes and mechanisms influencing Carbon Emissions Reduction Performance (CERP) in Chinese A-share listed companies.
To analyze the moderating effects of industry type, enterprise ownership, and external oversight on EDT's impact on CERP.

Main Methods:

Empirical analysis of data from Chinese A-share listed companies between 2010 and 2021.
Investigation of the direct impact of EDT on CERP.
