Association between Mir-17-92 gene promoter polymorphisms and depression in a Chinese population

Specific gene variations (SNPs) in the miR-17-92 cluster may offer protection against depression. This study identified three such single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with a reduced risk of depression in a Chinese population.
