Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy significantly improved metabolic syndrome components in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients. CPAP treatment led to better blood pressure, blood sugar, and lipid profiles, with some patients no longer meeting syndrome criteria.
