Summary

Pegcetacoplan treatment demonstrated a reduction in geographic atrophy (GA) growth rates, as measured by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) biomarkers, over 24 months. This effect was more pronounced with monthly dosing and in specific retinal regions.
