Robotic uterosacral ligament suspension (RUSLS) for pelvic organ prolapse repair is associated with a higher risk of postoperative urinary retention (POUR) compared to robotic sacrocolpopexy (RSCP). Elevated postvoid residual volume and midurethral slings increase POUR risk.
