Case Report: Pulsed field ablation for epicardial right-sided accessory pathway

Pulsed field ablation successfully treated a challenging case of recurrent right free wall accessory pathway conduction after multiple failed radiofrequency attempts. This novel approach offers a potentially safer alternative for epicardial accessory pathway ablation.
