[Familial occurrence of multiple basalomas associated with hyperostotic spondylosis]

We report on brother and sister suffering from hyperostotic spondylosis and multiple basal cell carcinomas. Localisation and multiplicity of the tumors are remarkable. On account of the family tree, we assume recessive inheritance.
