Computed tomography in a case of ophthalmoplegia syndrome

Until now the radiological diagnosis of the Tolosa-Hunt syndrome has been made on orbital venography or arteriography. A case of Tolosa-Hunt syndrome, studied using computed tomography (CT), indicates that CT may be valuable in confirming the clinical diagnosis.
