Stimulating effect of zinc chloride on DNA synthesis of human thymocytes

Abstract:

Different concentrations of zinc chloride were tested regarding their effect on DNA synthesis of human thymocytes. A concentration of 1.8 X 10(-4) M resulted in an evident stimulation, while the highest concentration tested, 3.6 X 10(-4) M, inhibited the DNA synthesis.
