A simplified method of bacteriophage preparation for transmission electron microscope

Preparing bacteriophage samples with sterile deionized water improves transmission electron microscope (TEM) micrograph quality. Bacteriophage viability remains stable in deionized water or SM buffer for 72 hours, making deionized water a recommended simple preparation method.
