Maternal Steroid Hormone Levels in Early Pregnancy and Autism in the Offspring: A Population-Based, Nested

Maternal steroid hormones in early pregnancy may influence autism risk. Lower estradiol and higher 17-hydroxyprogesterone (17-OHP) were linked to autism, with effects varying by intellectual disability (ID).
