Thoracoscopic-assisted minimally invasive surgery (Endo-CAB) offers improved outcomes for single-vessel Left Anterior Descending disease compared to sternotomy (OPCAB). Patients undergoing Endo-CAB experienced higher rates of textbook outcomes and shorter hospital stays.
