    Summary

    Temocillin, a novel penicillin antibiotic, shows significant in vitro activity against Enterobacteriaceae and Haemophilus influenzae. However, it lacks efficacy against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter, Gram-positive cocci, and the Bacteroides fragilis group.
