Summary

Neuroinflammation in major depressive disorder (MDD) and multiple sclerosis (MS) shows similar brain network changes. Gray-to-white matter contrast (GWc) MRI reveals altered brain connectivity, potentially indicating common inflammatory processes in both conditions.
