    Summary

    Prostaglandin (PG) synthesis inhibition increases T cell migration from the thymus to the spleen in mice. These emigrant T cells, originating from the thymus cortex, rapidly adapt to peripheral T cell characteristics.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the role of Prostaglandin (PG)-mediated T cell traffic.
    • To characterize emigrant T cells from the thymus to the spleen.
    • To determine the effect of Prostaglandin (PG) synthesis inhibition on T cell populations.
