To explore facilitators and barriers in TM e-learning programs.
To assess learning outcomes and effectiveness measures of TM e-learning.

Mixed-methods approach using surveys and semi-structured interviews.
Analysis of data from 14 participants across 13 institutions.
Inductive analysis of interview data on program development and evaluation.

Main Results:

Varied learner assessment methods including multiple-choice questions, direct observation, and competency assessments.
Program evaluation primarily relies on user feedback and short-term assessments.
Facilitators included management support and external audits; barriers involved staff time, content updates, and outcome data access.

Conclusions:
