Soluble PD-L1 (bsPD-L1) and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) show promise as biomarkers for predicting immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) efficacy. This combination may help identify gastric and non-small cell lung cancer patients with favorable or poor prognoses.
