This study used Mendelian randomization to explore inflammatory proteins and Thromboangiitis Obliterans (TAO). Higher C-C motif chemokine 4 and glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor levels may reduce TAO risk, while C-C motif chemokine 23 might increase it.
