This study introduces a new heat treatment process for tin oxide (SnO2) electron transport layers (ETLs) in perovskite solar cells (PSCs). The novel method enhances ETL performance by forming a Li-doped SnO2/TiO2 solid solution, improving solar cell efficiency.
